Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003, the ‘Privacy Code’, we inform you that Rossi Tranquillo  is the owner of the treatment of the personal data provided.

Data requested are necessary and without even one of these, it will not be possible to complete the purchase, because we will not be able to comply the contract, pre-contract, regulation and fiscal obligations.The treatment of the data will be carried out through appropriate methods so that safety and secrecy are granted. This could also be done through paper and / or computerized systems able to save, manage and transfer these data.We inform you that, the Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003, grants to the customer concerned the exercise of particular rights. Actually, the person concerned,  natural persons, corporate entities, authorities and associations, has the right to obtain from a data controller, or otherwise, confirmation of whether or not the data controller has data related to him and that these data are made available to know the content, the origin and to verify the precision or ask for an integration or update, or just the rectification under the Article 7 of the Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003. Under the same Article, the persons concerned has the right to challenge data relating to him and, if the challenge is successful to have the data erased, rectified, completed or amended.
