RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

All the prices on the website include the VAT and are expressed in Euro €. The weight of products like Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and cold cuts is variable because it depends on when they are packaged. There could be a change of weight between -8% and +8% compared to what is stated on the website. The pictures on the website that show the products could not match perfectly with the products purchased because the manufacturing packaging can change.

REGULATIONS

In accordance with arts. 64 and the following d.lgs n. 206/05, the client has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without a reason within the period of 14 working days from receipt of products purchased on the site. It is possible to exercise the right to withdraw only for consumers (physical persons who purchase the goods for purposes extraneous to the commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity which may be carried out). 

HOW TO ASK THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

In order to exercise the right to withdraw, the client should complete the appropriate withdrawal return form and send it to the e-mail: info@casarossi1903.com or with registered mail to Rossi Tranquillo - Via Roma, 123 43018 Coltaro di Sissa Trecasali (PR) - Italy, within 14 business days from the receipt of the goods. Once the withdrawal form has been received, we will send you all the details regarding the return of the goods. The right is applied to the whole product purchased. It is not possible to exercise this right only on a part of the product purchased. If the client asks the right to withdraw, he / she will have to return the product INTACT and NOT USED (in its original packaging) in perfect conditions.

The costs for return will be at the expense of the client. The return until the receipt confirmation of the goods in our warehouse, is completely under the responsibility of the customer in case that the goods may get damaged.

If the right to withdraw has been exercised following these instructions, Reimbursement will be free of charge for of the amount paid for the goods purchased (including the costs for return) within 14 days.
